I have never met a doctor as amazing as Hanks. His office has an awesome team. They are always friendly and willing to answer any questions you ask. Dr. Hanks was the only doctor in town that was willing to help me with the issues I was having with my nose. He did an amazing job and would not give up until it was fixed. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an exceptional ENT.

I went to Dr. Hanks after going to another ENT that was a total joke on his bedside manner and how he handled patients and billings. Dr. Hanks was a delight to be able to talk with and he tried everything he could to resolve my continual post nasal drip etc.

Went to 3 different doctors that had no idea what was going on with my child and told me to watch the condition further. Decided to schedule a specialist myself within 10 seconds of looking at it Dr. Hanks new what it was and knew that it needed surgical intervention. This Dr. is wonderful!!!

Just recently saw Dr. Hanks for a condition with my ears. I would highly recommend his expertise and experience to anyone looking for help in the ENT arena. He was extremely professional and very personable. He was able to fix my problem in one visit. I would go back to Dr. Hanks in a second. His medical knowledge & skills are a great asset to the community.

Dr. Hanks is a great doctor. He takes the time to listen to your concerns and questions as well as answer and explain what things mean. He has great bedside manners and is very knowledgeable.

I saw Dr. Hanks for my deviated septum. He was one of the best doctors I've seen. Seems like losts of doctors will just have a plan in mind and it doesn't matter what you say or what questions you ask; they just don't care. However, Dr. Hanks listens, answers your questions, and is willing to take the time to explain things to you. Plus he is super nice and funny.

By far the best doctor we've ever seen! He's performed surgery on two of my children and is so great with kids (and adults)!

I did not have a good experience with the front office staff. Dr. Hanks and his nurse were amazing though. My son had swelling in his face and his regular dr referred us to Dr. Hanks and said he needed to be seen the same day or the next because of the severity of his swelling. When I called Dr. Hanks office and tried to talk to the receptionist she kept talking over me and I asked her to please listen to me so I could explain the situation. She again cut me off and said "I have another phone call" and we were disconnected. I called back and talked to another lady and was told that even though my son's dr. Specifically needed him seen the same day or the next she wouldn't make an appointment. I was told he couldn't be seen until the end of August, which is a month and a half away because he would be a new patient. I then questioned her about the first lady I spoke to and she got really defensive and told me "we got really busy and we had patients at the counter. You didn't get hung up on you were just disconnected." I was in the middle of a sentence when i "disconnected" and the receptionist should have the same priority for patients on the phone as they do in office. I called my sons regular dr. back and he ultimately had to call Dr. Hanks himself to get my son an appointment. I would recommend Dr. Hanks and his nurse but, his receptionists are something else!

Absolutely love Dr. Hanks and his team. I was extremely hesitant do have my little guys tonsils and adenoids out, with tubes put in his ears. My little guy suffered from chronic ear infections and a sore throat. However, my daughter was seen by a different END in east idaho and the experience was awful. So after holding off for a year, i kick myself. Dr. Hanks explained everything and made me feel extremely comfortable with no pressure. My son, is now going on 2 months of antibiotics FREE with no sore throat, no ear pain (says he can hear better) and sleeps much better!!!!!! Please if you are on the fence this is the place to come!

Dr. Hanks was super informative and detailed about what would happen with my surgery and made me feel confident of a great outcome. I appreciated the friendliness of his staff as well. Thanks to Dr. Hanks, I can breathe again!

Dr. Hanks provided excellent treatment helping me to heal. He caught the abscessed tooth attributing to the sinus infection id battled for months. He is friendly, thorough, and accommodating. Great office staff, too. Awesome experience here.

Went today for the first time. He was super helpful in diagnosing my problem. He even showed me the images. His staff up front was very nice too. I would highly recommend them!

Dr. Hanks is awesome. He listens to all your concerns and gives you options, he doesn't try to force you into anything that isn't unnecessary or that can wait. I would've given 5 stars but his front office staff aren't the friendliest and don't really make you feel that comfortable. Other than that it was a great experience.

Dr. Hanks got us right in. He spent time with me reviewing information about my perforated ear drum. I would highly recommend their office!
